Made call to ask about dental work. Asked if there was a way to give me an estimate over the phone. She said not till she seen the animal and was charged for a consultation. 5 other vets gave me an estimate right over the phone telling me dental work is basic from start to finish $100 separation. The lady here said could be up to $1800 that she cant give estimate. I calmly replied a few other dentists were able to give an estimate like ballpark whats basic work. She said got to them then and hung up on me! Very poor professionalism!!
