Extremely careful and accommodating when serving those with food allergies. Excellent service from our waitress Rylee!Edited: Changed from 5 stars to 4 - went back a second time and the cook was still great, but the waitress we had this time insisted that it didn't matter if the gluten free chicken fingers were cooked in the deep dryer right beside the regular ones. To some people that doesn't make a difference, but to others it absolutely does!
A popular spot as the menu has variety and the food was good. A good place to meet friends for breakfast.
Almost every time I've been here in the past three years, someone at our table will not receive part of their order. Whether it be hash browns or eggs, those sides always seem to disappear while still showing up on the bill. If a person is paying for something they deserve to receive it. Regardless, it's not as if they have to cut corners with the prices they charge. If they've attempted to scam me out of my money time and time again, imagine the kind of BS they pull with the elderly... Those Toonies add up you know.
Not from Saskatchewan, so not sure if it's a SK thing to have potatoes that look breaded. However, I thought they were terrible. My hash browns looked cheaper than something that you'd pick up at a McDonald's. Everything else was your standard breakfast, but as someone who loves potatos I was thoroughly disappointed in the hash browns causing my meal to be rather unfulfilling. Staff was friendly though, restaurant was standard in appearance. Clean, cozy, old school. No compliance about staff, environment, or anything other than the food.
