Even the cover page, for the Yorkton hospital, shows the reverse picture of a strip mall across the street, of the drs office and a pharmacy. Problem I found, is that I was in the surgery section of the hospital, and I had to deal with very young nurses. They had no idea what the procedure was. I tried to teach the embryos. One had not even been working there for one year, the other was 13 months. I had to explain the procedure to them, and what to do. Asked for charge nurse, but he/she was not available. I know who works there, so no names mentioned. They kinda giggled at my advice, because they had Graduitis. I spent more time in an ICU; emergency room, CCU,... etc. or general care wards, than these kids had hot meals. In 3 different countries. Ill even throw in the doctorate credibility. The little girl really didnt like me after 2 days. Not her fault. Bad fostering and nurturing. ya, go to Regina, cause the kids here dont listen. Shame on the charge nurse for not showing up. Oh!! It was weekend! 3 charge nurses... 2 working nurses. I think that they have gotten a little to big for their britches.
Went in late at night with a terrible asthma and allergy flare up. I was greeted by such a really nice receptionist. Was seen right away by two of the nicest nurses, both very caring and very helpful. The doctor on staff was also incredibly nice and would defiantly recommend this hospital. Am from Ottawa,ON and this is one of the better hospitals I have ever been too. Now due to the time I went in at, everything took about an hour and then I was on my way. Such kind and amazing staff!! Thank you!
Today on Aug.25th,2017 I had a chance to visit this clinic first time and if I am asked to rate I would divide my rating into 3 sections : 1) Administration might be doing well but for charging all customers for their car parking I would give two stars. 2) The doctor who examined me probably had burned toasts in his breakfast of today because I never saw such a rude doctor like him in my 78 years life. I will only give him one star.3) The thing which impressed me of this hospital was its staff of lower rank to whom I will give five stars
Daughter was delivered there. Nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful during our wonderful experience!
My Dad was brought in for a blocked bowel and was in very bad shape. Admitting was very good.Once he was placed in the surgery unit things turned bad. The nurses seemed to have no communication among them. Redundant questions & actions and somethings forgotten. A soiled (feces)pair of pajamas was left on the end of his bed for 2 days! The worst? He was DISCHARGED WITH THE CATHETER APPARATUS STILL IN HIS ARM! His doctor removed it the following morning. Was speechless when he saw it there.
