Very disappointed. Told me one thing on phone...drove an hr...they lied. I wouldnt recommend doing business there.
Really like the store, clean and nicely organized. My only complaint is there delivery service. I have had product delivered twice, and both times it was very frustrating. The first time my delivery went to canora instead of my home in yorkton. And I needed to help the driver unload. The second time the delivery came 4 hours late, even though it had a very specific delivery time. And again they only had 1 person deliver, so my husband had to help unload windows. My question is why do we pay so much for delivery when we have to help unload. There was a zero chance that the driver would have been able to do it by himself.
Went in for pricing, and they matched the quote i was given by another store as i like to support locally, sadly in the end they didn't put the right materials in the quote that i provided to match and by the time we finished i had to pay extra when i could have had everything for a lower price from the other store. I wont be returning here again as the people skills need to be worked on as well. Dont go here unless your 100% sure they can meet your promises.
