Absolutely amazing place to workout! The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The other members are friendly & helpful too. I highly recommend this fitness center. 5 stars isn't enough for this fabulous place!

I would have to say this was one of the nicest gyms I have been to in a while. I travel a lot so stopped in while in town and the staff were incredibly helpful, even willing to come in early (5:00 am) so that I could workout before leaving town. The gym was very clean, all the equipment was brand new, and very organized. I was impressed. Also loved the functional training area. Thanks for helping an Albertan, I'm sure that hurt ;)
Great place to be to be able to get yourself back into physical shape and also for leg injuries like I have myself and an ankle injury
