Called multiple times and it was only answered once. When it was, the person was very incompetent. Incredibly dissatisfied.
The store has a large variety of products to choose from. The staff there are quite helpful asking if assistance is required. Their prices are quite good and competitive.
I had my lap top stolen in saskatoon and had the choice to pick up another one there but because I have always had top notch service at this staples store I chose to wait and come here closer to home to buy one. I was not disappointed. The service once again went above and beyond. 3 sales people helped me with questions. If one didn't know they would go find someone who did. They gave me time to make up my mind and because of their help I ended up choosing a very good lap top. One that I hope will last for years. I truly appreciate all the staff members at this store. They always make me feel like my shopping experience was wonderful.
